Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team to ensure timely and effective execution of maintenance activities. • Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for electrical equipment. • Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of electrical systems, including HT/LT installations, transformers, switchgear, motors, generators, UPS systems, and control panels. • Plan and manage electrical projects, including installation, upgrades, commissioning, and modifications. • Monitor electrical energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives. • Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, statutory regulations, and company safety standards. • Conduct root cause analysis of electrical failures and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Coordinate with production, mechanical, instrumentation, and utility teams to support uninterrupted plant operations. • Manage electrical spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components. • Prepare maintenance schedules, budgets, technical reports, and performance metrics. • Supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance and project execution. • Ensure proper documentation of maintenance records, electrical drawings, S, and equipment history. • Identify training needs and develop the technical capabilities of the electrical team. • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements.
